These terms govern purchases and use of GC Pre-Roll Crimper equipment from this website and its linked storefront. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and any order-specific policies shown at checkout.
Seller
GC Pre-Roll Crimper products offered through this website and its linked checkout are sold by Glen Cove Company, a Washington corporation located at 272 N. Otto St., Port Townsend, WA 98368. Customer service: dan@leafchief.com or 206-947-3706. References to “Glen Cove,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Glen Cove Company.
Commercial and lawful use
The GC Pre-Roll Crimper is commercial production equipment intended for licensed operators and lawful uses only. No cannabis or other regulated material is included. Buyers and operators are responsible for complying with all laws, licensing requirements, workplace rules, and product regulations that apply to their business and location.
Compatibility and operation
Buyers must confirm the selected cone size, tray, and Knockbox configuration before ordering. Output and finished results vary with operator technique, material, fill consistency, cleaning, maintenance, and production setup. Follow all supplied operating and safety instructions and stop using damaged or improperly functioning equipment.
Independent product
The GC Pre-Roll Crimper is an independent product compatible with certain Futurola Knockbox configurations. It is not manufactured, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Futurola. Futurola and Knockbox are trademarks of their respective owner.
Orders and pricing
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be added at checkout. Product availability, introductory pricing, and specifications may change. An order is subject to acceptance and may be corrected, cancelled, or refunded if pricing, availability, payment, or product information is materially incorrect.
Shipping and delays
Unless a different fulfillment estimate is shown at checkout or confirmed in writing, in-stock orders will ship within 30 days. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout or on the invoice. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. If an order cannot ship within the promised period, Glen Cove Company will notify the buyer and offer the delay-consent, cancellation, or refund option required by applicable law.
Returns and cancellations
Unused equipment may be returned within 30 days after delivery if it remains in its original condition and packaging and the buyer first obtains return authorization from Glen Cove Company. Introductory pricing alone does not make an otherwise eligible item final sale. The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect shipment or an approved warranty claim. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Used, altered, damaged, or incomplete equipment is not eligible for a discretionary return. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
One-year limited warranty
For one year from the original delivery date, Glen Cove Company warrants new GC Pre-Roll Crimper equipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended commercial use. For an approved claim, Glen Cove Company may repair the defect, replace the affected part or equipment, or refund the purchase price, at its option. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear; cosmetic damage; consumable or replacement parts worn through use; incompatible trays, cones, or equipment; improper setup, cleaning, storage, or maintenance; misuse; unauthorized modification or repair; or accidental damage. Accidental damage includes equipment or components that are dropped, struck, tipped over, crushed, cracked, broken, or shattered by impact or mishandling. Proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the claimed defect are required. Contact Glen Cove Company before sending any product for warranty service. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Intellectual property
The product is patent pending. The GC name, product design, site content, photography, video, text, and other materials may not be copied, reverse engineered, reproduced, or used commercially except with written permission or as otherwise allowed by law.
Limits and non-waivable rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glen Cove Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from installation, operation, downtime, incompatible equipment, misuse, unauthorized modification, or unlawful use. These terms do not exclude liability or customer rights that applicable law does not permit Glen Cove Company to exclude.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to a purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply and cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
